You must make your own reservations before 1/30/2017. ANY reservation made after that date will be charged at the current room rate -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Hotel requires a credit card to hold your reservation. Use code "OVE" for special rates:$145 Double plus 12% taxes per night. Rates are available for one day before and after the event. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM, Friday; check-out is Noon Sunday. Parking is free. Refrigerators and microwaves in rooms are limited -- please request yours when booking the room.

Convention Information

Registration opens Friday at 3:00 pm until Saturday noon.
Early workshops start at 4:00 pm Friday
Opening Ceremony at 7:30 pm Friday
Unity Day Celebration at 1:30 pm Saturday
Convention ends at noon Sunday


REGISTRATION FEES

  • Early registration: $30.00 (Postmarked BEFORE 1/27/2017)
  • Late registration: $40.00 (Postmarked AFTER 1/27/2017)
  • One Day Registration: $35.00 Please pre-register, but WALK-INS WELCOME!!!

No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If you cannot afford registration, consider giving service or a donation. No refunds given after 2/10/2018. (It will be considered a 7th Tradition donation.)

MEAL OPTIONS. You may add a 4-meal package, the lunch and/or the dinner to your registration. Price includes all taxes and tips. Guests are welcome to attend. Meals must be ordered by 02/17/2018. With lunch and dinner or meal plan, please indicate choice of entree: Meat/Poultry, Fish or Vegetarian. Complete menu is listed below.

Buy the 4 meal package and have a chance of winning one of 4 prizes at $50.00 each.

  • 4-meal package: $115. Includes Saturday and Sunday breakfast buffets, Saturday lunch buffet and Saturday Dinner Banquet. Includes a chance to win $50!

Breakfast (Buffet)

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Plain, lowfat yogurt with nuts and seeds
  • Roasted garlic red potatoes
  • Oatmeal (Plain, no sugar)
  • Sliced, seasonal fruits; and cheeses
  • Whole grain breakfast breads
  • Allegro coffee and tea (half and half, soy milk, sweeteners)

Lunch (Plated)

  • Salad of mixed field greens (with carrots, green peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • Choice of dressings: Balsamic, Oil & Vinegar or Ranch (no sugar)
  • Choice of protein: Diced Chicken, Grilled Tilapia or Black Bean Burger (Select on registration)
  • Additional starch:
  • Freshly baked whole wheat or multigrain rolls, served with butter
  • Fresh seasonal fruits
  • Unsweetened iced tea, water, decaf or regular coffee, hot tea service

Dinner (Plated)

  • Salad of mixed field greens (with carrots, green peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • Choice of dressings: Balsamic, Oil & Vinegar or Ranch (no sugar)
  • Choice of entree and side (Select on registration)
    • Chicken,with baked sweet potato and fresh steamed seasonal vegetables
    • Salmon, with long grain brown rice and fresh steamed seasonal vegetables
